The Lifetime Warranty- Principle to Endure

All watch movements of Confrérie Horlogère are monitored over the years by the Companions. The Lifetime Warranty includes the right to a cost-free inspection and cleaning of the movement every two years with the service time never exceeding eight weeks. If for any reason the Companion who made the watch is unavailable to repair or clean it, another Companion steps in and does the job for him or her.
Servicing and maintenance outposts are set up in strategic parts of the world. Staffed by members of Confrérie Horlogère, this network fulfills all Lifetime Warranty requirements.

Totally and completely Swiss-made

Every single part and component is of Swiss provenance: mechanism, case, sapphire crystal, dial, hands, bracelet or strap, giftbox etc.

The Obligation to Excel

Every new design has to embody the most demanding quality standards. Particularly as regards the “Confrères” collection, every new watch should invariably express an ever more personal character, steeped in its designer’s DNA, reflect his or her passionate devotion to horology and embody ever greater technical and aesthetic excellence.
